US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Martinez follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Great wash! The staff is friendly and helpful and the wash does a great job! They do a very good job with prepping the car. No scratches after numerous times through. Highly recommend!

Masters GMC has long been known for its excellent service and loyal customer base. Around Augusta, it's hard to find a GMC vehicle that doesn't have a Masters badge on the back. My family has purchased vehicles from them for years, and I've always had positive experiences with both their sales and service departments. When Masters opened a car wash, I was eager to try it. Given that they sell and service some of the largest trucks and SUVs on the market, I expected something above the typical express wash. To put it to the test, I brought my Hummer EV, one of the widest vehicles on the road, and visited multiple times on different days to get a fair impression. The standout feature is the pre wash. On nearly every visit, multiple attendants took the time to thoroughly clean the vehicle before it entered the tunnel. This was not the usual quick spray and windshield wipe. The staff consistently put in genuine effort and paid attention to areas that many washes overlook. On one visit, Gavin, an employee from the service department at the main dealership, happened to be walking by and stopped to help wash my vehicle despite already having several car wash attendants working on it.
